Day 11: The Last Book you Read.

So if you read my blog
or know me
you already know
I LOVE TO READ!!

So im excited for this post!
Day 11: The Last Book you Read

So the last book(s) i read was
And she just came out
with a new one
im reading right now

So i read
"never knowing"
first and it only took me
about 3 days to read
it because
i
COULD NOT
put it down!

Basically
its about this girl
who is adopted
and she goes
to find her birth mother
and she does but the
mother wants nothing
to do with her.
She later learns its
because she was the
only person who escaped
from a serial killer.
Her father begins to
contact her
and the police want her
to help them catch him
because they never could.

Its 416 pages and
once you get started you cant put
it down!

I didnt want to
read another
book so soon
but i started
"Still Missing"
soon after.

This book is about
a girl who
is a realtor
and she goes to work
one day and was
having an open house
but it was a slow
day.

She was about to leave
when a man pulls up
in a van and she thinks
its her lucky day.

She ends up getting taken
captive and lives
in a secluded cabin in the woods
with this man.

The story is written as she is
talking to her psychiatrist
after she escapes and
as the police are trying
to find out who the
man is who
took her.

wasn't going to like
how this book
ended but
the very last page
brought the
whole book
together!!

And now i am reading her
latest book

I havent got that far
into it but i do
know that
it is the story behind the
psychiatrist in
the book
"Never Knowing"
and she is
helping a lady
who tried to kill herself
after a miscarriage.
She finds out her and her husband
were living in a place
that she thinks is like
a cult setting
and she is now having
memories from when
she was a child
of living in the same
place.

Here is what
Barnes and Nobles
has written about it

She helps people put their demons to rest.
But she has a few of her own…
In the lockdown ward of a psychiatric hospital, Dr. Nadine Lavoie is in her element. She has the tools to help people, and she has the desire—healing broken families is what she lives for. But Nadine doesn’t want to look too closely at her own past because there are whole chunks of her life that are black holes. It takes all her willpower to tamp down her recurrent claustrophobia, and her daughter, Lisa, is a runaway who has been on the streets for seven years.
When a distraught woman, Heather Simeon, is brought into the Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit after a suicide attempt, Nadine gently coaxes her story out of her—and learns of some troubling parallels with her own life. Digging deeper, Nadine is forced to confront her traumatic childhood, and the damage that began when she and her brother were brought by their mother to a remote commune on Vancouver Island.  What happened to Nadine?  Why was their family destroyed? And why does the name Aaron Quinn, the group’s leader, bring complex feelings of terror to Nadine even today?
And then, the unthinkable happens, and Nadine realizes that danger is closer to home than she ever imagined. She has no choice but to face what terrifies her the most…and fight back.

ITS SO GOOD SO FAR!!

So those are the last 2 1/2 book i have read
lol

I am all caught up
on my days!!!

Today will be day 12.
